Office of Prevention, Pesticides and Toxic Substances, Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics	Eligible Applicants: Eligible applicants include the fifty states, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, any territory or possession of the U.S., any agency or instrumentality of a state including state colleges or universities, federally-recognized tribes that meet the requirements for treatment in a manner similar to a state as described in 40 CFR 35.663, and intertribal consortia that meet the requirements described in 40 CFR 35.504. Local governments, private universities, private nonprofit organizations, private businesses, and individuals are not eligible to apply for funding. For more information please click here	The deadline for applications is April 6, 2010	The FY '10 Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Pollution Prevention (P2) grant program has been posted (see link below). The grant program is only eligible to state entities and tribes. The due date for submitting proposals is April 6, 2010. We request that applicants submit their proposals by e-mail or hard copy (US Mail).
